We should hold the tourney's anyway. Inactive people shouldn't hold important jobs. Not only that but the ranks are chalngeable. So those that really are good will eventually get their deserved spot.
No point in waiting for everyone and have inactive people with high ranks. Cause they wont be here if we challenge them and stuff like that.
